Marinated Butterflied Lamb Rump Boneless 500g


Your lamb rump will be a minimum of 500gm and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 5 days shelf life. Allow 200 – 300g of meat per adult. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from  Victoria.

Cooking Instructions : Cook your butterflied rump on the BBQ, like a steak for about five minutes each side under a direct heat. Also good baked in the oven on 180c for 25 mins. Rest for 10 mins before slicing.
