Your lamb chump chops will weigh a minimum of 150g each and come to you in a pack of 4 in a vacuum sealed bag with approximately 5 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from Victoria.
Cooking Instructions : Chumps are great on the BBQ for about five minutes each side but they are truly amazing in a fast casserole (less than one hour).
