Your lamb rack will be a minimum of 500g and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life. Allow four cutlets per adult. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from Victoria.
Cooking Instructions: Bake in the oven for 20 mins on 200c. Rest for 15 minutes covered in foil before slicing into cutlets and serving. Serve with Cabernet Sauvignon.
