Your gluten free marinated lamb leg will be a minimum of 1.4 kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 5 days shelf life. Allow 200 – 300g of meat per adult. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from  Victoria/Tasmania.

Cooking Instructions : Cook your butterflied lamb leg for approx 1 hour in a pre-heated oven (180 deg) rest for approx 10 minutes before slicing.
