Easy Carve Lamb Leg 1.5kg


Your lamb leg will be a minimum of 1.5kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life. Allow 200 – 300g of meat per adult. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from Victoria.

Cooking Instructions : Typically speaking, our boneless legs of lamb will take about 1 hour on 180c. Rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
