Your lamb FQ chops will weigh a minimum of 200g each and come to you in a pack of 4 in a vacuum sealed bag with approximately 5 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from Victoria.
Cooking Instructions: FQ chops are great marinated on the BBQ cook for about five minutes each side but they are truly amazing in a casserole ( one -one and a half hours).
