The osso bucco will be a minimum of 1kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 – 300g of meat per adult. Amazing flavour and rich gelatine and marrow.
Cooking Instructions: Sear the osso bucco on the stove top in a heavy based casserole dish, then slow braise with your favourite veggies in stock for a minimum of 3 hrs.
