The cut off date for Pre-orders is the 15th of December 2023. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept orders after this date.
This is due to production and planning processes our facility needs to adhere to in order to have our Xmas orders completed in a timely manner.
You may cancel your pre-order before the 9th of December 2023. Once this date has passed, under no circumstance will we be able to cancel your order due to our production schedule. Note: Your 20% deposit will be forfeited.
No changes can be made to your order, however you may cancel and re-order prior to the 9th of December 2023. This is due to our production schedule.
Due to system limitations, we cannot combine your online orders so at the time of pickup you will need to advise the team of your 2 separate order numbers.
Our Store will be still open for any last-minute Xmas essentials.
