These steaks will be a minimum of 450g each and come to you in vacuum sealed bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Our beef, from the Northern Rivers Local Farmers, has fed only on lush green pastures. Antibiotic and growth hormone free.
Cooking Instructions: Rib eyes are the ultimate sharing steak. Best served medium. Sear for 2 mins each side, then 15 – 20 mins in oven on 180C. Rest for at least 10 mins with foil over the top to allow for juices to settle back into the meat.
