Tender pork loin chops minimum of 250g each will come to you in a pack of 2 cryovac with a shelf life of approximately 3 days. Our pork is from Bangalow Sweet Pork. They are farmed with love and respect in the Northern Rivers area.
Cooking Instructions : Simply pan fry for 5 mins on each side with a generous serving of butter to baste the pan. These can also be baked for 25 minutes on 180c.
